Day 2: Saigon – Mekong Delta – Saigon – A Day of Serenity and Discovery

Start your day with a delicious breakfast before heading to the Mekong Delta, one of Vietnam’s most enchanting regions. Here, you’ll board a boat and cruise along the majestic Mekong River, getting a glimpse of the daily life of the local communities living along its banks.

You’ll visit one of the four islands in the area, where you can explore lush landscapes and tranquil canals. Hop aboard small boats, rowed by friendly locals, as you glide through narrow water channels lined with water coconut trees.

During your tour, you’ll have the chance to visit local factories where honey tea and coconut candy are made, and you can even sample these delicious treats. For an authentic experience, enjoy a peaceful horse-cart ride through the charming village roads.

In the evening, we’ll head back to Saigon with a stop at Vinh Trang Pagoda. This remarkable pagoda showcases a unique blend of Chinese, Cambodian, and French architectural influences. After a day filled with memorable experiences, you’ll return to your hotel in Saigon for the night.

Day 3: Saigon – Cu Chi Tunnels – Shopping and Leisure

Today, you will journey to the Cu Chi Tunnels, an extraordinary site from the Vietnam War. The tunnels, which stretch for over 200 kilometers, were once used by the Vietnamese soldiers during the war. Walking through these underground passages will offer you a firsthand glimpse of what life was like for the soldiers during this tumultuous time. You can even crawl through some sections of the tunnels for a truly immersive experience.

After your visit, return to Saigon for the afternoon. You’ll have free time to explore the city and indulge in a little shopping. Saigon is home to numerous markets and shopping centers, where you can find everything from handmade crafts to high-quality goods. Don’t miss the Ben Thanh Market, Saigon Square, and Diamond Plaza if you’re looking for branded items.

Day 4: Depart Saigon – Take Your Memories with You

After a delightful breakfast, it’s time to say goodbye to this incredible city. We will transfer you to the airport for your flight back home or to your next exciting destination.
