Day 1: Arrive in Moscow

Upon your arrival at Moscow airport, our tour manager will be there to greet you and assist with your transfer to the hotel. After completing the check-in process, you’ll have the rest of the day free to relax and explore the surroundings near your hotel.

Day 2: Moscow City Tour

Moscow, Russia's capital and largest city, is a blend of rich history and modern charm. The city is home to stunning architecture, beautiful boulevards, the iconic Moscow River embankments, and numerous historic museums.

After a hearty breakfast, you’ll set off on a guided city tour. Your day will include visits to significant landmarks such as Poklonnaya Hill, the New Maiden Convent, and Vorobievy Hills. You’ll drive along some of Moscow’s most renowned streets, including Tverskaya Street, Manezhnaya Square, and Lubianka Square. Highlights of your tour will include the majestic Saviour Cathedral, the grand Kremlin, the Bolshoi Theatre, Ohotny Riad, and the Kropotkinskaya Embankment.

The day will conclude with a visit to the iconic Red Square and a tour of the various cathedrals within the Kremlin complex.

Day 3: Moscow City Tour - Day 2

Day 4: Moscow - Izmailovo

After a hearty breakfast, depart for Izmailovo, a charming suburb of Moscow. Your first stop will be the Izmailovo Kremlin, a picturesque complex known for its vibrant architecture and bustling markets. Here, you can explore a treasure trove of souvenirs, paintings, antiques, and a variety of unique items.

Next, head to the Izmailovo Market, the largest flea market in Moscow, where you can hunt for one-of-a-kind trinkets, traditional Russian crafts, and vintage goods. It's a great place to experience local culture and pick up memorable keepsakes.

Day 5: Moscow - St. Petersburg

After breakfast, check out of your hotel in Moscow and make your way to the train station to board the Sapsan train for a comfortable and scenic 4-hour journey to St. Petersburg. Enjoy the smooth ride and beautiful landscapes as you travel.

Upon your arrival in St. Petersburg, our guide will greet you at the station and assist you with checking into your hotel.

The rest of the day is free for you to relax and explore the picturesque neighborhoods surrounding the hotel. Take a leisurely stroll along the canals or enjoy the stunning architecture that St. Petersburg is famous for.

Day 6: St. Petersburg City Tour

St. Petersburg, Russia's cultural capital, was founded in 1703 by Emperor Peter the Great. Known for its grandeur and rich history, the city boasts magnificent mosques, churches, and imperial palaces dating back to the reign of Peter the Great. Key highlights include the Winter Palace and the Peter and Paul Cathedral.

After breakfast, embark on a comprehensive city tour where you'll visit some of St. Petersburg's most iconic landmarks. Explore the Spit of the Basil Island, known for its stunning views and historical significance. Marvel at the grandeur of St. Isaac's Cathedral and take a stroll through Palace Square, the heart of the city. Continue your exploration with a visit to the Church of the Saviour on Spilled Blood, famous for its vibrant onion domes and intricate mosaics.

Next, you'll see the Aurora, a symbol of the Russian Revolution. Drive down Nevsky Prospekt, one of the most famous streets in St. Petersburg, built during the reign of Catherine the Great. Other notable stops include the Neva Embankments, Isaac’s Square, Arts Square, and the historical Peter and Paul Fortress, where the Russian royal family is buried.

Day 7: St. Petersburg City Tour Day 2

The museum houses an incredible array of paintings, sculptures, ceramics, costumes, and a fascinating collection of weaponry that dates back to the Middle Ages.

Today, take a trip to Pushkin, a picturesque town near St. Petersburg, known for its grand palaces and lush parks. Originally called Detskoye Selo, or "Children’s Village," it was renamed Pushkin in honor of the legendary Russian poet Alexander Pushkin.

Your first stop will be the Alexander Palace and the Catherine Palace, two stunning examples of Russian baroque architecture. The Catherine Palace is especially famous for its opulent design, so extravagant that even the wealthy Catherine the Great struggled with its maintenance costs. Within the palace lies the world-renowned Amber Room, a lavish chamber adorned with over 6 tonnes of amber panels, a truly breathtaking sight.

After exploring these majestic landmarks, spend the afternoon shopping and discovering more hidden gems around Pushkin. In the evening, return to your hotel in St. Petersburg to relax and reflect on the day’s royal experiences.

Day 9: Depart Russia

On your final day, enjoy a leisurely breakfast at your hotel before checking out. As your memorable journey comes to an end, bid farewell to Russia and head to the airport to catch your flight back home, filled with cherished memories of your adventure through this stunning country.
