Day 1: Arrival in Saigon – Unveil the Magic of the City

In the evening, we’ll start your exploration with a city tour that introduces you to Saigon’s rich history and vibrant culture. You’ll visit the iconic Reunification Palace, where the Vietnam War ended in 1975, and now serves as a museum preserving that historic moment. Nearby, marvel at the stunning Central Post Office, a masterpiece of French colonial architecture. A stroll down Nguyen Hue Street will bring you to Saigon’s Opera House and the Ho Chi Minh Committee, giving you a taste of the city's European flair. End your day at Ben Thanh Market, a bustling hub where locals trade handmade goods and souvenirs, offering a unique glimpse into Saigon's everyday life.

Day 2: Saigon – Mekong Delta – Saigon
After a hearty breakfast, today takes you on a journey to the Mekong Delta, the lifeblood of southern Vietnam. Your day starts with a boat cruise along the mighty Mekong River, offering you an intimate view of life along the riverbanks. As you explore the four islands of the delta, you’ll witness traditional life firsthand and enjoy the tranquility of the region.
Next, hop onto a small local boat rowed by locals as we glide through narrow canals lined with water coconut trees. Along the way, visit factories producing honey tea and coconut candy—delicious treats that you can sample! If you’re curious, take a stroll through a local garden where bees are cared for in a traditional manner.
A horse-cart ride through peaceful village roads provides a serene break, followed by a delicious local lunch featuring the famous Elephant Ear Fish. On the way back to Saigon, we’ll make a stop at the Vinh Trang Pagoda, an architectural gem that blends Chinese, Cambodian, and French influences. Tonight, you’ll return to your hotel in Saigon, where you can relax and reflect on a truly authentic experience.

Day 3: Saigon – Cu Chi Tunnels – Phnom Penh
After breakfast, you’ll delve into the past with a visit to the Cu Chi Tunnels, a network of underground passages that played a crucial role in the Vietnam War. Spanning over 200 kilometers, these tunnels were hand-dug by Vietnamese guerrilla forces and served as a strategic stronghold. In the afternoon, you’ll head to the airport for your flight to Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia. Upon arrival, our guide will meet you and transfer you to your hotel for check-in. You’ll have the rest of the day to unwind and relax in this fascinating city.

Day 4: Phnom Penh City Tour – Embrace the Past and Present
After a delicious breakfast, embark on a journey through Phnom Penh to explore the city’s historical and cultural gems. Your first stop is the Royal Palace, an exquisite example of Khmer architecture, built in 1866 by King Norodom’s predecessors. The nearby Silver Pagoda is a treasure trove of golden and diamond-studded Buddha statues, a breathtaking sight that reflects Cambodia’s rich spiritual heritage.
Next, you’ll visit the Independence Monument and the National Museum, home to over 5,000 works of art and antiquities, showcasing Cambodia’s artistic legacy in materials like bronze, wood, gold, and sandstone. Stroll through Riverside Park, where the Mekong River meets the Tonle Sap and Bassac Rivers, and make your way to Phnom Daun Penh, the sacred hill from which the city gets its name.

Day 5: Departure from Phnom Penh
After breakfast, it’s time to say goodbye to the memories you’ve created on your journey. You’ll be transferred to the airport for your flight back home or onward to your next adventure.
